Crush the vanilla wafers. Peel and slice the bananas. Set them aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk. Let the pudding sit for 2-3 minutes so it thickens slightly.

Then gently fold in the Cool Whip.

Next. gently fold in the marshmallows, nilla wafers, and banana slices.

Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Serve fluff salad in your favorite serving bowl. Top with extra nilla wafer crumbs, mini marshmallows and banana slices, if desired.
