Ingredients
1¼
cup
sugar cookie mix
14
ounces
sweetened condensed milk
2½
cups
white chocolate chips
2
tablespoons
butter
Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
Place the sugar cookie mix in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute to heat treat the flour.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk in a separate bowl and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes, until simmering.
Stir in the white chocolate chips and butter. Mix until melted.
Add the sugar cookie mix and stir until smooth.
Line an 8x8 baking dish with foil and pour the fudge mixture into the pan. Top with Christmas sprinkles.
Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Remove the fudge from the pan and cut into bite-sized pieces before serving.
Notes
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks with parchment paper between layers.
