slightly chopped

dried cranberries
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces and add to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals until melted.
Pour the chocolate over the parchment and spread into an even layer about ¼ inch thick.
Sprinkle dried cranberries and pistachios over the top.
Freeze for 10 minutes to set.
Break into pieces.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks or refrigerate for up to a month.
