Over the past few years, Manwich has been a dinner staple in our family. We love our Baked Sloppy Joe Macaroni and Cheese! It’s fun to twist up our usual Manwich meal and this week we did it in a new way with this Sloppy Joe Pie recipe!
Sloppy Joe Pie Recipe
As a busy mom, Make Tonight a Manwich Night is a little saying that comes into play around our house on a regular basis. Our Sloppy Joe Pie recipe is the perfect example of how easy dinner can be even on the busiest night.
I’m able to spend less time in the kitchen and get a family-friendly meal on the table that brings us all together!
Manwich is a hearty sauce with a sweet and tangy taste that our entire family loves!
If you haven’t tried Manwich lately, there are three delicious varieties available, including:
- Original
- Bold
- Thick & Chunky
For this easy sloppy joe casserole, I used the Original but it’s delicious with any of the varieties! I love that they are all so interchangeable!
Manwich is a hearty sauce with a sweet and tangy taste that reminds me of dinner time as a kid. As a mom, I love using it to make a variety of recipes.
The Manwich sauce itself has no meat so that gives me the opportunity to use different proteins as well. We love ground beef in our baked sloppy joe casserole but sometimes I substitute in ground turkey for a change of pace!
One of the best things about making this baked sloppy joe recipe is that it only takes five ingredients!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups corn chips
- 1.5 cups shredded colby jack cheese (or your favorite type of cheese!)
- 1/4 cup diced onions, if desired
That’s how simple the ingredient list is for our Sloppy Joe Pie recipe! It’s also a breeze to make and is done in 15-20 minutes!
