A Bad Moms Christmas Movie Review
A few days ago, I shared some A Bad Moms Christmas cast interviews and shared what it was like to hang out with the stars of the movie.
It was an amazing experience to have after screening the film the night before. The screening was amazing.
I watched the movie for the first time in a theater filled with other women who just wanted to be reminded that’s okay to do less. Perfection doesn’t have to be the only expectation.
Why You Should See A Bad Moms Christmas
Just like with the first movie, there are some very basic reasons why you should go see A Bad Moms Christmas when it hits theaters on November 1st!
- You’ll recognize yourself. I feel confident that there is at least one character or one moment in the movie that will feel like it’s from your life.
- You’ll laugh. And you’ll laugh. And you’ll laugh some more. I’m even tempted to say that I laughed more during this movie than the first one. There was just so much humor that I could relate to. We all know how that holiday stress can be.
- You’ll be reminded that you’re doing a good job. Once again, the moms will remind you that you’re good enough, you’re doing enough, and it’s okay to keep it simple and do less.
Even during the holiday season or perhaps especially during the holiday season.
A Bad Moms Christmas Movie Review
- What’s the story: A Bad Moms Christmas follows our three under-appreciated and over-burdened women as they rebel against the challenges and expectations of the Super Bowl for moms: Christmas. And if creating the perfect holiday for their families wasn’t hard enough, they have to do all of that while hosting an entertaining their own mothers.
- What parents may like about this movie: Moms will be able to relate to the stress and feelings of the holiday season. Just like the first film, A Bad Moms Christmas is extremely relatable. It’s packed with the hilarious hijinks we all expect. Anyone who understands the stress of being a parent during the holidays will enjoy the movie!
- What kids will like: Nope. No kids. This movie is all about girls night or date night!
- Positive themes: The film is another reminder that most of us are just doing the best we can. This film gives a bit of a different perspective by adding in the moms of the Bad Moms. It shows that every generation of moms is just doing their best. It might be complicated but most of us are just trying to be good moms.
