BISQUICK PEACH COBBLER
I absolutely love when peaches are in season and I bite into a perfectly ripe peach. Put them in a pie or cobbler and my sweet tooth will have me hooked.
But sometimes I want the taste of a homemade cobbler and don’t have fresh peaches around. Or sometimes on a cold and dreary winter day, I know that a warm cobbler topped with ice cream is just the comfort we need. I break out this easy Bisquick Peach Cobbler Recipe and in about an hour, we have a homemade cobbler ready to serve!
This recipe makes an 8×8 cobbler but you could make multiples or a larger cobbler by increasing the measurements.
BISQUICK COBBLER
The great thing about this Bisquick Cobbler recipe is that it’s easy to tweak and make it into your favorite flavor or cobbler! Whether you want blackberry, apple, cherry, or another flavor, you can use this recipe!
When you top it with a scoop of ice cream or some whipped cream, you’ll be serving up a dessert that everyone will enjoy!

BISQUICK PEACH COBBLER RECIPE
Peach cobbler made with Bisquick requires a very basic list of ingredients. To make it, you will need:
- Bisquick
- Sugar
- Milk
- Vanilla
- Canned peaches
- Brown sugar
- Cinnamon
The exact measurements are included on the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post.
If you do want to substitute fresh or frozen peaches for the canned peaches, you will need about 16 ounces of peach slices. If you do use frozen peaches, thaw them before adding them to the recipe.
HOW TO MAKE PEACH COBBLER WITH BISQUICK
It takes about 10 minutes to prepare peach cobbler using Bisquick and 50-60 minutes to bake it.
Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
To get started, drain the can of peaches and melt the butter.
Whisk together the Bisquick, sugar, milk, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
Then add the melted butter and stir to combine.
Pour the peaches into the baking dish and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces.
Then add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Toss to coat the peaches.
Pour the Bisquick batter on top of the peaches.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and completely cooked.
Allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
You can also serve this peach cobbler completely cooled!
Bisquick Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bisquick
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
- 1 can peaches (15-16 oz) (drained)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare an 8×8 baking dish by greasing with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Bisquick, sugar, milk, and vanilla.
- Add the melted butter and stir until just combined.
- Add the peaches to the baking dish and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Add the brown sugar and cinnamon and toss to coat the peaches.
- Pour the batter over the top of the peaches.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until golden brown. You want the top to be golden brown and the cobbler layer to be completely baked.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
