    Ingredients

    Bisquick recipe for pizza crust doesn’t need much more than Bisquick and some other pantry basics.

    For the pizza crust recipe, you’ll need:

    • 1 ⅔ cup Bisquick mix
    • ½ cup hot water
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil

    For topping your pizzas, you can use your favorite toppings! You will want to have:

    • Pizza sauce
    • Shredded mozzarella cheese

    But then the possibilities are endless. Here are some popular pizza toppings:

    Preheat oven to 450℉. If using a pizza stone, place the stone in the oven as it is heating.

    In a medium bowl, combine the Bisquick and water until a soft dough forms. Drizzle the olive oil over the dough and roll the dough to coat all sides.

    Cover the bowl and place in a warm spot for five minutes.

    Lightly flour a flat surface and roll out the dough in a large circle until the dough is around ¼ inch thick.

    Transfer the dough to the warm pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for five minutes.

    Remove the dough from the oven and top with desired toppings.

    Place the pizza back in the oven and cook for 10 more minutes, until cheese is melted and dough is crisp.
