Easy Chicken Fried Rice Recipe with Egg

We’ve depended on Tai Pei Frozen Food for quick and easy meals for quite a while in our house. They’re absolutely perfect for hitting that craving for Asian food even on the busiest of nights. I also love grabbing one from the freezer for lunch when I’m working too!

The kids will even enjoy the Tai Pei Chicken Fried Rice, which means it’s the entree we tend to stock up on. I love that all of the entrées include real ingredients and no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Plus there really is something for everyone!

Justin is a HUGE fan of General Tso’s Spicy Chicken and I have to admit that I have trouble choosing a favorite! If it’s in stock when I’m at the grocery store, it’s in my cart! But if they have Sweet and Sour Chicken I’m reaching for it first.

But the Chicken Fried Rice is a family favorite. With this easy Chicken Fried Rice recipe with egg from Tai Pei, I’ve discovered a new way to enjoy our family favorite!

    Breakfast Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

I would have never thought of it on my own, but fried rice is a fun way to really change up the flavor. I know I’ve enjoyed some leftovers for breakfast in my time, but this takes it to another level.

Fried rice for breakfast is both satisfying and comforting. Topping it with an egg or two for extra protein and nutrition makes it a great break from the ordinary breakfast!

All you need to make this chicken fried rice recipe is a package of Tai Pei Chicken Fried Rice and one or two eggs. It’s really that simple!

Then all you have to do is cook the Tai Pei Chicken Fried Rice by following the directions on the package. Then set it aside while you fry your eggs in a pan. You want the egg whites to be set up but the egg yolks to be a little runny still.

If you like your eggs cooked a bit more, don’t be afraid to make them how you like them! It will still taste great!

Once your eggs are cooked, put your fried rice on a plate and top with your fried eggs. Then enjoy a breakfast packed with flavor and fun.

The new packaging was designed to serve the perfect portion size to satisfy our cravings while allowing enough room for the ingredients to steam perfectly. That’s what makes it a great breakfast option as well!
