I have a couple of questions on the ingredients. What is sweet cream? I’ve never heard of it before – is it just cream cheese? And the heavy cream is just heavy whipping cream right? This frosting sounds heavenly and would go great on pumpkin cupcakes too!

Amanda, it should say unsalted sweet cream butter! Thanks for catching that for me!
