Summer Bucket List for Kids: 101 Things to Do
Getting outside and just running around is one of our favorite things to do. But sometimes the kids enjoy doing something new so check out one of these fun ideas!
- Make homemade sidewalk paint.*
- Go on a nature walk.
- Make a DIY splash pad in your backyard.*
- Make easy homemade ice pops. *
- Host a family talent show.
- Make a homemade bird feeder. *
- Have a water balloon fight. (affiliate link)
- Make it even more fun with homemade sponge balls! *
- Then practice spelling your name with water balloons.
- Enjoy a slice of fresh ripe watermelon in the backyard.
- Have a watermelon seed spitting contest!
- Then play more games with watermelon seeds.
- Or get creative and make watermelon pizza. *
- You can even make a watermelon windsock.

- Get creative and make a noodle dragonfly. *
- Pool noodles aren’t just for the pool! Make boats for the water table!
