Ground beef

Diced tomatoes with green chilies

Taco seasoning

Refried beans

Taco blend shredded cheese

Corn tortillas
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in medium saute pan. Drain.
Add the tomatoes with green chilies, taco seasoning and water. Cook until the liquid is reduced.
Heat the corn tortillas by wrapping them in a paper towel and microwaving for a few seconds.
Spread a thin layer of refried beans along the center of each tortilla.
Top the beans with ground beef and cheese, then tightly roll the tortilla around the filling.
Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.
Place the taquitos in the basket of the air fryer, making sure they aren’t touching.
Spray the taquitos with nonstick cooking spray and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until the tortillas are crispy and beginning to brown.
Continue cooking in batches until all the ground beef has been used.
Serve warm with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
