In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to blend together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture out in a layer in your serving dish.
Top with a layer of caramel sauce the top with Heath toffee bits.
Refrigerate the dip for at least one hour then serve with your favorite dippers.
Notes
NOTE: You can layer this cream cheese apple dip as done in the recipe steps, but you can also just mix together the cream cheese and powdered sugar then fold in the toffee bits and serve in a bowl.
