Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 2 cups milk
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉ and grease a 10 inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange the ham and cheese in an even layer in the bottom of the pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Bisquick, milk, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the top of the ham and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
