- Splash of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips plus more for topping
Instructions
- Stir together the flour, sugar, and baking soda in a medium mug.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Cook in the microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
- Sprinkle more chocolate chips over the top of the cake before serving.
