Place boneless skinless chicken breasts in bowl of slow cooker and top with Hawaiian BBQ sauce.
Place pineapple rings on top of the chicken.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. You want the chicken to reach an internal temperature of 165℉.
Prepare rice according to the packaging and serve chicken and sauce over rice.
Notes
If the sauce is too thin, you can add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to some of the barbecue sauce and stir it into the rest in the Crockpot. Allow to cook for 10-15 minutes and the sauce should thicken.
