hard boiled eggs

pickle relish

mayonnaise

sour cream

yellow mustard

teaspoon
white vinegar

dashes Tabasco sauce

teaspoon
dill or parsley
1/2
teaspoon
chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Grate the eggs using the large holes on a box grater.
Add the eggs to the bowl and lightly mash them with a fork.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to mix.
Serve with crackers for dipping.
