In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
Stir in the dill pickle relish.
Then add the garlic powder, onion powder, and dill weed. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Prior to serving, melt the butter in the microwave (microwave in short increments of 20-30 seconds until melted) and combine with the panko breadcrumbs
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top of the dip. Garnish with additional pickles or seasonings, if desired.
Serve with your choice of potato chips, crackers, veggies, or your favorite dippers.
