Ingredients

cream cheese
softened

whipped topping

sweetened condensed milk

key lime juice

granulated sugar
1
fresh lime
zested
graham crackers
or other dippers
Instructions
Use a cheese grater or zester to zest the lime. Set aside.
In a large bowl, use the electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, sugar, and lime zest to the cream cheese. (Reserve some lime zest to sprinkle on the top.)
Gently fold in the whipped topping using a silicone spatula.
Put the dip mixture into a serving bowl or dish, cover, and refrigerate for one hour.
Top with lime zest and serve with graham crackers.
