Ingredients
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Nutella
- Dash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt in an oversized mug.
- Add the milk, oil, Nutella, and vanilla and stir until combined.
- Cook on high for 1 minute 45 seconds. (You can start with 60 seconds and microwave in 15-second increments until done.)
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then drizzle with Nutella before enjoying.
