Ingredients

quick oats

pure pumpkin

maple syrup

chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until a dough is formed.
Create 12 balls, and form into cookie shaped circles on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet.
Notes
Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
