In a medium bowl, combine the frozen corn, chopped bacon, and green onions.
Add the shredded cheese and ranch dressing and stir to combine.
Place the mixture in the bowl of the slow cooker and top with cream cheese.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 3 hours or HIGH for 1 ½ hours.
When the cook time ends, remove the lid from the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir to mix in the melted cream cheese before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips, pita chips, crackers, or veggie dippers.
