ranch dressing mix

au jus gravy mix

pepperoncini peppers
do not discard the juice from the jar

juice from pepperoncini jar

butter (1 stick)

Instructions
Spray the slow cooker with a non-stick cooking spray.
Dice the onion and add to the bottom of the slow cooker, then place the chicken on top of the onion.
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy packets over the chicken.
Add pepperoncini, pepperoncini juice, and butter on top of the chicken.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 or low for 6-7 hours.
Use forks to shred the chicken, then serve it hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
