    How to Cook Frozen Pierogies

This recipe makes 2 servings. Thereโ€™s really no prep and you only need about 10 minutes of cooking time (depending on your air fryer model).

Preheat the air fryer to 400ยฐF. If your air fryer doesnโ€™t have a preheat setting, all you have to do is set it to cook for about 5 minutes.

Place the pierogies in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Brush both sides of each pierogi with olive oil. If you want to add extra seasoning, you can sprinkle it on once youโ€™ve brushed them with oil.

Cook pierogies for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cook time. The pierogies are ready when theyโ€™re golden brown and crispy.

Serve them with sour cream,ย horseradish aioli,ย bacon aioli,ย garlic dipping sauce, ketchup, ranch dressing, marinara, or your favorite dipping sauce!

    Leftovers Storage & Reheating

Store leftover pierogies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

To reheat pierogies, heat the air fryer to 400ยฐF and cook for 3-4 minutes until theyโ€™re warmed through.

    Tips & Tricks

    • Donโ€™t layer or overlap the pierogies in the air fryer basket. They will cook more evenly if the hot air can circulate well around them.
    • ย The amount of time to air fry pierogies will depend on your air fryer model. I recommend checking them at 10 minutes to see if they are browned and crispy on the outside. Add additional cook time if needed.
    • Cooking time can also depend on the size of your frozen pierogi. If youโ€™re using mini pierogies, you will probably need less time, so start with 8 minutes.
