    I love cooking vegetables in my air fryer because it gives such a nice crispy texture to food that you would otherwise not get from conventional methods like roasting or sauteing.

    • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
    • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • ½ teaspoon salt

    Start by slicing the squash and zucchini into evenly sized pieces. You want them to be similar in size so they cook evenly.

    Place the yellow squash, zucchini, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.

    Stir to coat.

    Put the seasoned squash and zucchini in the basket of the air fryer.

    Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, removing the basket halfway through the cooking time to toss.
