Thanksgiving Bingo is a fun twist on the classic game we all know and love. Just add a little bit of the season with cute clip are and it’s perfect for celebrating the holidays with your family!

Playing Thanksgiving Bingo encourages family interaction by bringing everyone together. Put away the devices and play an easy game, that even the youngest and the oldest can get involved in! With our printable game cards, you can be set up and ready to play in just minutes!

How to Play Thanksgiving Bingo Game

Playing Hallmark Movie Bingo is easy! It’s just like traditional bingo but with a spooky makeover. Here’s how to get started:

    1. Bingo Cards: Each player gets a bingo card filled with different picture of Thanksgiving and autumn related things. This game pack includes 30 printable bingo cards so you can play with larger groups at classroom parties or rotate cards with smaller groups of players.
    2. Choose a Caller: One person plays the caller, drawing cards that match the images on the bingo cards. You can use a bowl or any kind of container to put all of the calling cards in. You can also print two copies of the calling cards page so you have a key to match the drawn cards with after they’ve been drawn.
    3. How to Play: As the caller announces each image or word, players mark their cards. You can use a festivecandy like candy corn or small paper markers for this. Check out some more fun and festive ideas in the list below.
    4. Winning: The first player to mark a full row, column, or diagonal shouts “BINGO!” and wins a prize or enjoys the thrill of victory. You can play different variations on the Bingo game too.

    Bingo Game Markers

One way to make this printable Thanksgiving Bingo even more fun is to use fun fall or Thanksgiving-themed items as game markers.

    • Mini Thanksgiving Erasers
    • Thanksgiving Stickers
    • Candy corn or Candy pumpkins
    • Mini marshmallows
    • Fall colored M&Ms

You can also use more traditional Bingo markers. Some of my favorite things to use with kids:

    • Bingo Daubers – These are fun to use, but your game cards won’t be able to be reused. You can always print more though!
    • Bingo Counting Chips – These were a staple in my classroom when I was teaching and they’re perfect for any Bingo game! You could just use the red, orange, and yellow ones to make it more festive.
    • Dry Erase Markers – If you laminate your Bingo cards, you can use dry erase markers to cross off spaces as they are called.

Choose something that adds a bit of fun flavor to the game while keeping it festive to make Thanksgiving Bingo a little extra!

    Bingo Variations

You can play Thanksgiving Bingo the traditional way (the first person to get first across vertical, horizontal, or diagonal calls out Bingo), but you can also play different variations of the gameplay if you want to play more than once.

    • Blackout: This version of Bingo is played where players try to fill their entire game card and cover all of the squares.
    • Four Corners: In this version, players try to cover the four corners of their Bingo card.
    • X Marks the Spot: To win this variation, players must cover two diagonal lines that cross in the middle to make an X on their board.
    • Silent Bingo: Play a version where players must act out or mime the symbols they need. It’s perfect for getting some giggles.
    • Speed Rounds: Add a timer and see who can fill their card first within a set time.

    Thanksgiving Bingo Prizes

Holiday Bingo games are even more fun if you have themed prizes. There are easy Thanksgiving prize ideas that you can get a good amount of without spending too much so they work great for classroom parties. But you could also use these ideas to make goody bags as prizes if you’re playing with a smaller group of kids or just your family.

    • Mini Thanksgiving Erasers
    • Thanksgiving Stickers
    • Thanksgiving Paper Glasses
    • Thanksgiving Turkey Stretchy Strings
    • Make a Turkey Stickers
    • Thanksgiving Squish Toys

Thanksgiving Bingo Printable Tips & Tricks

This printable is designed to be printed on 8.5″x11″ sheets of paper. You can also print two pages per sheet to create half-sheet cards.

Directions for 2 Cards per Page
Under Print menu, More Settings select 2 for pages Per Sheet. then print the pages you want to use. You will need to trim them with scissors or a paper trimmer.

    Reuseable Cards
If you’d like to turn these bingo cards into a game you can use multiple times, I recommend printing the cards on cardstock and then laminating them. Then they will be more durable. You can also use dry erase markers to cross out spaces as they’re called which always worked well for me when I was teaching.
