Variations

- Cherry cheesecake fluff โ use fresh cherries instead of the other berries
- Strawberry cheesecake fluff โ you can use only strawberries if you prefer that flavor and color

Tips & Tricks
- Make sure that your whipped topping is thawed so that it will mix in smoothly and youโll get the fluffy texture. Be sure to use Cool Whip and not just whipped cream. They have different textures and ithe texture wonโt be quite right if you donโt use whipped topping.
- You can use sugar-free Cool Whip and sugar free pudding mix to reduce the amount of sugar in this recipe.
- I prefer to use fresh berries but you can also substitute frozen strawberries ย and frozen blueberries for the fresh ones. Just be sure to thaw them and pat them dry before incorporating into the cheesecake fruit salad.
- You can also add more texture and crunch to this recipe by adding chopped nuts like pecans, walnuts, and almonds. Other mix-ins that work well are coconut flakes and chcocolate chips. Try topping it with crumbled graham crackers if you want even more of a cheesecake taste.
- If you donโt like cheesecake pudding, you can also substitute instant vanilla pudding mix in this fluff with cream cheese. The cream cheese will still give it some cheesecake flavor vibes.
