Leftovers & Storage
You can cover any leftover green fluff with plastic wrap (or put it in an airtight container) and keep it up in the refrigerator for up to three days. When serving leftovers, gently stir the fluff before serving again.
Tips & Tricks
- Be sure to dissolve the Jello completely. Using the whisk will help it dissolve. You donโt want any gummy bits to be left in your fluff.
- Make sure that your whipped topping is thawed so that it will mix in smoothly. Be sure to use Cool Whip and not just whipped cream. They have different textures and ithe texture wonโt be quite right if you donโt use whipped topping.
- You can use sugar free Cool Whip if you would like. You can also use sugar free canned fruit.
- You can also garnish this fluff salad with maraschino cherries for an extra pop of color.
- You can also serve this as a dip. If you want to use it as a dip, I recommend leaving out the marshmallows. You can skip them completely or you can use a bit of marshmallow fluff. Itโs a delicious dip for cookies and fruit!
