There are certain times of year when ham calls to me. Iโ€™ll admit Iโ€™m not the biggest fan of a ham sandwich (though my family loves them), but I do like ham when served in other ways. This easy ham dip is the perfect example. It works really well for leftover Easter ham or Christmas ham, but itโ€™s also great as an appetizer for spring and summer get togethers!
