    Greek Dip Variations

If you want to try some different flavor profiles using this easy dip recipe, here are some ideas:

    • Hummus Flavorsย โ€“ Prepackaged hummus comes in a variety of flavors. Try swapping for your favorite. I also love this recipe made with roasted red pepper hummus.
    • Protein Boostย โ€“ Add chopped grilled chicken, lamb, or gyros meat slices for added protein.
    • Spicy Kickย โ€“ Mix harissa or chili flakes into the hummus for a spicy version.
    • Extra Crunchย โ€“ Sprinkle roasted chickpeas or toasted pine nuts on top.
    • Make It Cheesyย โ€“ Swap feta with crumbled blue cheese or goat cheese.
    • Zesty Lemonย โ€“ Drizzle fresh lemon juice or a lemon zest-infused olive oil over the top.
    • Roasted Veggiesย โ€“ Include roasted eggplant, zucchini, or red peppers.
    • Caprese Inspiredย โ€“ Add sliced fresh mozzarella and balsamic glaze for an Italian-Mediterranean fusion.
    • Fruity Twistย โ€“ Top with chopped figs or pomegranate seeds for sweetness and texture.
    • Extra Layersย โ€“ You can also add additional layers to this layered greek dip. Try things like diced red onions or green onion. You can also add some fresh herbs, salt, and black pepper.

    Leftovers & Storage

You can keep this dip or any leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator.

    Tips & Tricks

    • This feta dip is a great make ahead recipe. You can make it and let it chill in the refrigerator for a few hours until youโ€™re ready to serve it.
    • You can also use a glass baking dish to make this layered hummus dip recipe in. If you use a glass serving dish, you will be able to see the layers from the side.
    • Flatter serving dishes work better for this dip recipe because otherwise your layers could start to get pretty thick. If you use a dish that is more flat, you can spread each layer thinner so when you dip, you get a taste of everything!
