    Variations

Chocolate chip cheesecake dip is a delicious recipe as written, but you can also play with the mix-ins to change it up a bit too!

    • Add Chopped Nuts โ€“ย Mix in pecans, walnuts, or almonds.
    • Switch Up the Chips โ€“ย Try white chocolate, butterscotch, or peanut butter chips instead of mini chocolate chips.
    • Stir in Sprinkles โ€“ย Add colorful sprinkles for a fun, festive look (great for birthdays or holidays).
    • Use Flavored Extracts โ€“ย Swap vanilla with almond, coconut, or mint extract for a different flavor.
    • Mix in Toffee Bits โ€“ย Add toffee pieces for extra sweetness and crunch.
    • Make It Lighter โ€“ย ย Use low-fat cream cheese or whipped cream cheese for a lighter version.
    • Add a Swirl โ€“ย Gently stir in caramel or chocolate sauce for a marbled effect.

    Leftovers & Storage

You can keep your chocolate chip cookie dough dip or any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. When serving leftovers, stir the dip and top with additional chocolate chips before serving.

    Tips & Tricks

    • You can also use regular sized chocolate chips if you donโ€™t have mini chips available.
    • Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before mixing. This will help you to get a smooth and lump-free mixture.
    • You can use a stand mixer or a hand mixer to blend the ingredients together. If you donโ€™t have either, you can just use a spatula or mixing spoon. It will just take a bit more work on your part.
