Pudding mix and Cool Whip in white mixing bowl

    Step By Step Instructions

This recipe makes 8 servings. It takes about 10 minutes of prep time and I recommend at least 1 hour of chill time.

Step 1.ย Crush the Oreo cookies and set them aside. When you crush them, keep them the pieces on the larger size. You donโ€™t want the crumbs to be too fine.

Step 2. Whisk together the Oreo pudding mix and milk until well combined. Allow to rest until the pudding begins to thicken which usually takes about 5 minutes.

    Recipe Variations

    • Mint chocolate โ€“ Use mint Oreos and add a drop of mint extract to give yourself more of a Thin Mint vibe.
    • Birthday Fluff โ€“ Add rainbow sprinkles and use Golden Oreos or Birthday Cake Oreos to turn this into a Vanilla Oreo Fluff.
    • Swap Puddings โ€“ If you canโ€™t find Oreo pudding or want to try a little different twist, try white chocolate or cheesecake pudding mix.

Can I Make This Oreo Whipped Cream Dessert Ahead of Time?

Yes, this is an easy make ahead dessert recipe! I recommend you chill it for at least one hour but you can also make it the night before and chill until youโ€™re ready to serve.

    Tips & Tricks

    • You can enjoy this in a large serving bowl or in individual serving cups. Oreo fluff is also great for dipping. Try your favorite dippers. Some of the ones we like are strawberries, pretzels, animal crackers, and vanilla wafers.
    • Make sure that your whipped topping is thawed so that it will mix in smoothly and youโ€™ll get the fluffy texture. Be sure to use Cool Whip and not just whipped cream. They have different textures and ithe texture wonโ€™t be quite right if you donโ€™t use whipped topping.
    • Be sure to use Instant Pudding mix so it will set up and give you the correct texture.
    • You can use sugar-free Cool Whip and sugar free pudding mix to reduce the amount of sugar in this recipe.
