This is one of those recipes you turn to again and again. The batter comes together in one bowl and the clean-up is easy, and the addition of fresh apple keeps every bite soft and sweet. If you want something that packs tons of fall flavor while still being a simple recipe, youโ€™ve got to try these apple cinnamon blondies.

If youโ€™ve never tried blondies before, theyโ€™re similar to brownies in terms of texture but they depend on the flavors of brown suagr and vanilla as their base instead of chocolate.
