Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe
I think one of the reasons I hadn’t developed a love for blue cheese salad dressing is because it seemed like it would be complicated to make. It felt like something I could only indulge in when we went out to eat.

The great thing about this recipe is that it does double duty too! It’s great on salads but is just as delicious when used as a dip for things like wings!

Hi,
I’m trying this today, but was wondering how long will it keep?
Mariah says
About 5 days in the refrigerator. I wouldn’t keep it more than 7 days.

I love this dressing but I’ve found after one day in the fridge, it thins out almost to a mild consistency…..I end up throwing it out. I do use lower fat sour cream and wonder if that is causing it….

How much buttermilk and how much blue cheese? The recipe seems to combine the two…
