What to Dip in Nutella Dip

You can serve this dip with a variety of dippers. Here are some things that pair well with this:

    • Strawberries
    • Bananas
    • Apple slices
    • Raspberries
    • Pineapple
    • Graham crackers
    • Vanilla wafers
    • Teddy grahams
    • Animal crackers
    • Chocolate chip cookies
    • Oreos
    • Biscotti
    • Cinnamon sugar pita chips
    • Rice Krispies treats
    • Pound cake or angel food cake
    • Pretzel rods or twists
    • Potato chips

    Variations

    • Peanut Butter โ€“ย Swap out some of the Nutella for creamy peanut butter for a rich, nutty flavor.
    • Cookies & Cream โ€“ย Stir in crushed Oreos for added crunch and a cookies-and-cream taste.
    • Salted Caramel Drizzle โ€“ย Top with a drizzle of caramel sauce and a pinch of sea salt.
    • Hazelnut Crunch โ€“ย Add chopped hazelnuts or toasted almonds for extra texture.
    • Pumpkin Spice โ€“ย Mix in a bit of pumpkin puree and a dash of cinnamon.
    • Espresso โ€“ย Blend in a small spoonful of instant espresso powder for a mocha-inspired dip.

    Leftovers & Storage

You can keep your chocolate chip cookie dough dip or any leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. When serving leftovers, stir the dip and top with additional chocolate chips before serving.

    Tips & Tricks

    • This simple Nutella dip is great for serving with a fruit platter at parties or other get togethers.
    • You can also make this chocolate fruit dip without cream cheese. Use vanilla yogurt or Greek yogurt as a substitute. Add enough to get your desired consistency for the dip.
    • You can also use regular sized chocolate chips if you donโ€™t have mini chips available. Ch0colate shavings are another option too. Diced strawberris also make a great garnish for this dip.
    • Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before mixing. This will help you to get a smooth and lump-free mixture.
    • You can use a stand mixer or an electric mixer to blend the ingredients together. If you donโ€™t have either, you can just use a spatula or mixing spoon. It will just take a bit more work on your part.
