FAQs
Is it better to cook chicken on high or low in the Crockpot?
I recommend cooking it on low if possible when cooking boneless, skinless chicken breasts. You can cook them on high and they will be okay. Just keep an eye on them to make sure you donโt over cook them.
Can I use frozen chicken breasts in this recipe?
Yes, you can! If you use frozen chicken breasts, I would not add any other liquid during cooking because it will have enough moisture as the icy parts cook.
What size slow cooker should I use?
I recommend no bigger than a 5-6 quart Crockpot for this recipe. You can use smaller, but I wouldnโt use anything any bigger unless youโre doubling the recipe.
